OstroVit MSM - a valuable source of methylsulfonylmethane

MSM, or methylsulfonylmethane, is an odorless, organic sulfur compound, which dissolves well in water. The component occurs naturally in soil, plants and animal organisms. In the daily diet, the substance can be found, i.a. in milk and dairy products, whole grain cereal products, eggs, as well as fresh fruit and vegetables. Although organic sulfur is part of many different food products, only a small amount of the compound reaches the human body, which can be used by the body, which results from the fact that MSM is a very delicate compound, which is easily degraded, i.a. as a result of cooking or pasteurization, as well as freezing or irradiation of food. Therefore, a good solution may be to provide the compound to the body also in the form of dietary supplements.

Suggested usage

Use 1 serving (2 tablets) daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
